Please make sure that anyone bringing a child to lessons knows and abides by these policies.

√ There are no refunds or make-ups when you miss a lesson. Reschedules are sometimes available (BUT NOT GUARANTEED) through Acuity and must be rescheduled no less than 48 hours prior to the lesson. This can be done by logging into your account or using your confirmation email.

√ Please only contact us through our business phone. 805-646-1233 (Call or Text)

√ You certify that the registrant is in adequate physical condition to swim/ participate in vigorous activity.
√ Participation in any class or lesson is voluntary and at your own risk. We assume no responsibilities.
√ Swimming lessons are held rain or shine, unless a Tammy's Pool Time teammate calls you personally to cancel. (We are going to get wet anyway!)
√If you are running late, we do not extend the lesson as this would run into the next student's time.

√ Please keep hair pulled or clipped away from the child's face.
√ No goggles or floating devices. This creates a false sense of security. 
√ Please bring your own towels.
√ Please wear sandals or shoes to your lesson to protect feet.
√ No running. There are uneven and slippery walking surfaces leading to and around the pool.
√ Please only enter through the propped OPEN gate to the left of the house. Leave the gate open behind you. For safety reasons, if the gate is closed, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT.  Ring the front door bell and we will let you in through the gate.
√ For their safety, do not allow children to run ahead of you into the backyard/pool area without you.
√ Children must be potty trained or wear swim diaper + swim suit/trunks.
√ For safety, and to avoid distracting the lesson, please keep children and yourselves in the provided seating areas, outside of the pool fence. 
√ Please do not get into the pool with your child during lessons (except when prearranged.)
√ Please see that any siblings brought with you are fully supervised, quiet, and do not distract the lesson.
√ Please do not bring pets.
√ A lost and found box is provided however, we can not be responsible for belongings left after your lesson.
√ The pool is located at a private residence. Please be considerate, including driving very slowly on our cul-de-sac.
√ We strive to maintain a family atmosphere. Please no smoking or bad language, including the names of Deity.
